My little girl is obsessed with Peter Rabbit! She’s only 18 months but she has carried her little ‘Petey Rabbit’ (as she likes to call him) toy around with her since she was first able to hold something. When she was just 6 weeks old we took a trip to the Lake District as I was shooting a wedding in Cumbria. I bought her a little Peter Rabbit toy as a souvenir and it has not left her side since. In actual fact, she is currently asleep with a chocolate covered ‘Petey’ following an unsupervised munching of a chocolate finger! I’m going to have to sneak him in to the washing machine tomorrow!
With Easter just around the corner and the Peter Rabbit Movie being released in the UK on the 16th March, there seems to be quite a few themed events in and around Yorkshire. If it wasn’t for friends tagging me in events published on social media, I would miss half of these so I thought I would share the top 5 events I have found, so that you don’t miss out. Perfect days out for the Easter holidays. Enjoy!

If your little one is as crazy about ‘Petey Rabbit’ as mine, you could always theme your next portrait session around this. Bring along your favourite Peter Rabbit toys or dress your little one up in their favourite Peter Rabbit clothes, or do both. You could even have a Peter Rabbit themed cake smash!
